Our Lamb & Mint Pies are made with our homemade Rough Puff Pastry, The filling is made of Lamb Chunks, Carrots, Leeks, Onions and Swede, then slow cooked in a vegetable stock for two hour so the lamb is falling apart. Once cooked we thicken the filling with gravy granules.
These Pies are great as a quick meal or as a present, we do have Pie mixed boxes if you are after a mixture of flavours.
